I know what it is like to grow up without seeing yourself represented. As a Black Deaf woman, I spent years navigating spaces that were not built for me — and I do not want the next generation, or the next customer, to feel invisible.
That experience is now a working method. I help organizations look honestly at where their products, services, hiring and communication exclude people, and then rebuild those moments so they work for everyone.
The work spans coaching, consulting, training and keynotes. What stays constant is the standard: change that outlasts the engagement, owned by your team, measurable in how people are actually treated.
I have authored and contributed to four books, mentored award-winning teams, and built a professional community of 5.7K on LinkedIn.
